Capital of the barony of Namverg in Sormark. It is said the hero Volmir came from here.

The party stayed at an inn run by a Companion member and were almost immediately accosted by shady people looking for help take out a rival glow ice gang, they reject the offer though.

When looking for work they heard of a break-in at a bakery called Mifora's Finest. Arriving there they found the baker, a halfling named Milo Lothran, in tears. Someone had stolen his sourdough starter, called Scoby. (He kept referring to it as a starter, others might call it a mother dough.) Scoby had been in his family for generations and was one of the reasons he won numerous Buel Vitta Society contests.

After some investigative work tracking down a delivery man from Bowman-Outersea Cereals & Commodities, it turns out the baker's wife, Melba, asked her friend Vensel Bruun (a priest of the new god Ancev) to steal it from the bakery so as to force her husband to finally retire. Vensel did so and then hid it in the forest outside town. But when the party went to retrieve it, the jar was broken and Scoby was gone. Following tracks deeper into the forest they found a number of Myconids surrounding what once had been Scoby. It had transformed into an intelligent lichen, calling itself Usnea.
