Found by the party in a [[The Spirit of Spring - Chronological order of Events#Basilisk Banishment|basilisk lair]] and used by [[Marnab - Murrig - Fnippler|Marnab]]. [[Farley Brimstone|Farley]] is quite certain this item was made in ancient [[Baltur]].
