Taken by Regius.

This ancient Dwarven battle hammer is of a design not seen for many centuries. It has been cast entirely in a dark metal and the head was then inscribed with Baltur iconography and its name in silver runes. The haft has been wrapped in illithid skin with a loop of it hanging from the bottom. The name of the weapon (very) loosely translates to ‘Choir of the Dwarves’.

Regius' historic knowledge recognized the following iconography: it was made in Banad-Gathol, with the use of Shathûr Magic, and also present is a mention of the Zahar-Bund.

You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.

Weapon stats: 1d6 bludgeoning - versatile (1d8), thrown (20/60 ft.)

As long as this item is in your possession and you are attuned to it, it has the following properties.

Inbarûl Every time the hammer hits a foe, a few bars of a dwarven song are sung loudly by unseen voices. When the song reaches its end (as determined by the DM), the voices swell to a crescendo and a tiny spectral choir appears to envelop the head of the hammer. On your next attack you can release the song. When doing so, each creature in a 30-foot cone from where you point the hammer must make a Constitution saving throw. A creature takes (your Proficiency Bonus times two)d6 thunder damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. The save DC is equal to 10 plus your Proficiency Bonus. If you do not release the song by the end of your next round it fades away harmlessly. A new song will start the next time a foe is hit.

Khuzdul The bearer can speak and understand Dwarven while the hammer is on the bearer's person.

Sulûn When you roll a 1 when attacking with this weapon, the choir hits a false note and you have disadvantage on the next attack with it.

Fell The hammer has a habit of humming loudly when you least expect it. As long as you carry it, you have disadvantage on all Stealth checks.

Thrown. If a weapon has the thrown property, you can throw the weapon to make a ranged attack. If the weapon is a melee weapon, you use the same ability modifier for that attack roll and damage roll that you would use for a melee attack with the weapon. For example, if you throw a handaxe, you use your Strength, but if you throw a dagger, you can use either your Strength or your Dexterity, since the dagger has the finesse property.

Versatile. This weapon can be used with one or two hands. A damage value in parentheses appears with the property—the damage when the weapon is used with two hands to make a melee attack.
