Flute of Fancy

Found on Nolla Isle.

This piccolo is made from a hollowed out bone of a swan and polished to a shine.

When played by a person who succeeds on a DC 15 Musical Instrument - Flute check, the pipes create a warm, soothing tune. This functions as the Sleep spell (caster level 1) and functions once per day.

If a bard attunes to the flute they add the Speak with Animals (swans only) spell to their list of spells known.
