Found inside the Pouch of Holding.

This orichalcum coin features illustrations of vials and beakers on both sides.

When placed in vial containing a magical potion it will double the volume of the potion, creating, in effect, a second potion. This process takes ten minutes during which the liquid will froth and the coin evaporates.
