The largest wood elven maern roams the plains building temporary camps as they make their way. These use a number of huge wagons that contain an intricate system that unfolds into beautiful and surprisingly sturdy dwellings.
They are governed by the church of Ehlonna though there is remarkably little that needs discussing or governing; the elves know their role and have been happy living this way since time immemorial.
There are quite a few druids and rangers among their numbers and they are divided between the Circle of Irbac and the Untamed; neither being able to gain the upperhand.
