Usnea

Not actually an item but an intelligent lichen found near Jurva.

It split off a part of itself and installed it inside Hanur's head, melding slowly with his brain. Over time effects of this amalgamation are becoming apparent.

Abilities:

• Advantage on Death saving throws.
• Usnea can cast the Minor Illusion cantrip at will and might grow into a more accomplished spellcaster.

Drawbacks:

• Hanur has one less Ki point.
