This spear was made out of a single piece of wood of the Giant Tree. It was first frozen before being bathed in acid, removing any last impurities. Then it was tempered in fire until it was black as night and harder than rock. Lastly it was planted on the Mountain for lightning to hit and sharpen the tip to no equal. When held, red runes light along the length of the spear, translated they read: "Imbued with the four Essences and their Terrible Power, one may do great deeds".

Found on Nolla Isle and carried by Tiny.

You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.

Weapon stats: 3 lb, 1d6 piercing - thrown (20/60 ft.), versatile (1d8)

As long as this item is in your possession and you are attuned to it, it has the following properties.

The Four Elements of the Art The spear is attuned to the four elements (acid, cold, fire, and lightning) and on any normal attack always does 1d6 extra damage of the appropriate type. When the spear or its wielder takes damage of one of these types then the spear's damage will switch to that type. The damage type remains set until exposed to a different element.

Blood to Power Any time you roll a 1 or 20 on your attack roll with this weapon you take one point of damage. Keep a running total of this number.

Omega Sawblade As an action you can use two hands to spin about your axis four times and then launch the spear at your foes. The weapon uses the elemental energy contained within it to elongate and spin at such a rate that it turns, for all intents and purposes, into a huge sawblade. It can attack over a 10 feet width, potentially hitting two opponents. You make one attack roll, adding your Proficiency bonus once more. On a hit the sawblade does (your Proficiency Bonus)d10 slashing damage. The next round the blade almost unerringly returns to you, no matter how far you have traveled and it attacks you, using the same modifiers and damage dice. Then it falls inert in the square in front of you, back in spear form.

Thrown. If a weapon has the thrown property, you can throw the weapon to make a ranged attack. If the weapon is a melee weapon, you use the same ability modifier for that attack roll and damage roll that you would use for a melee attack with the weapon. For example, if you throw a handaxe, you use your Strength, but if you throw a dagger, you can use either your Strength or your Dexterity, since the dagger has the finesse property.

Versatile. This weapon can be used with one or two hands. A damage value in parentheses appears with the property—the damage when the weapon is used with two hands to make a melee attack.
