Wyn Dawnwalker

Born in a very small farming village in Vilda named Krisila, Wyn grew up in poor conditions. His parents, two farmers, had a small field behind their house. From what Wyn can remember, there wasn't a lot of food available, because the harvests were always bad.

When Wyn was 2 years old, his parents got the unexpected news that they would be having a baby. As they could not afford a third child, they had to make a hard choice. Since his older brother Adelardis could help with the farmwork, Wyn's parents decided to send him to the nearby monastery.

The monastery, which is in a bad state, has but a few monks still living there. No one really knows the name or purpose of this monastery, so most people tend to avoid it. It it located close to the border of Vilda and Haza.

At the monastery, Wyn spend most of his time with his mentor Syrrion Dawnwalker. A very kind elf, he became a father figure for Wyn, who felt abandoned by his family. Syrrion started to train and teach Wyn in the way of the blaze, which was part of an ancient monk order, to have him as his successor.

After a some time, while on his deathbed, Syrrion told Wyn about the secret monk order and gave him an important mission: a relic has been stolen from the monks of a fellow monastery in the south and all contact has been lost. He was also given an amulet to help him during his quest.

And so, as the new successor to an ancient monk order he knows almost nothing about, Wyn leaves the monastery for the first time and heads to the Godfall and to safely return the relic.
