Not actually an item but an intelligent lichen found near Jurva.
It split off a part of itself and installed it inside Teresa Liliidae's head, melding slowly with her brain. Over time effects of this amalgamation are becoming apparent.
Abilities:
- Advantage on Death saving throws.
- Usnea can cast the Minor Illusion cantrip at will and might grow into a more accomplished spellcaster.
Drawbacks:
- Teresa cannot use her 4th cantrip slot.
