Rhes Haghed

Crime is everywhere but only one crime family has managed to spread its influence beyond one country. This syndicate has made inroads almost everywhere though usually they leave the competition alive.

Avale

The most busy port city in the world was bound to attract the attention of the syndicate. Crime here is higher than average, especially in and around the docks. Most of the criminals are not Rhes Haghed but their presence keeps the cops busy and they are easily enough hired when necessary. Most Rhes Haghed focus on getting things on and off of ships, they have some of their best fences here and control most of the drug trade.

It is unclear who the local don is. Margaret Morris is a local from a wealthy family who has never been involved with the law or seen with any criminals, yet her name keeps popping up. Jurin Fernel is a half-elf with a rather long criminal record in many countries and he took residence four years ago.

Beljovac

Haza has been a tough nut to crack for the Rhes. In many places the Green Guard are relatively incorruptible and in places where the guard are weak, criminals have been quite entrenched, often with connections to the local ruler. But the capital is big enough and filled with foreigner for the syndicate to have made plenty of inroads, they are now the biggest game in town.

The likely local don is one Nyrin Bilac. While he was born in Haza, he spent over half his life in Dolac and Mifora, engaging in less than legal activities. Since his return, the syndicate has become noticeably bolder.

Midtal

Corruption is rife in this country, even though the Ott tries hard to stamp it out. Rhes Haghed has a large presence in the capital. They have their hands in all pies but are structured quite vertically; most criminals don't know any of their colleagues who are in a different line of work to them.

The suspected don is Heinrik Kessel, a prolific smuggler in his younger days, he now keeps his hands clean and owns a number of legit businesses, or so it would seem.
