This sleeve made of snakeskin is made to fit a deck of tarot cards. A single snake eye, the size and consistency of a pebble, is sown into one side so the sleeve can be closed around it with a string of sinew.

As long as you own the Fated Medomai and are attuned to it, it has the following properties.

Acacia You can halve a contraceptive’s failure rate for an hour by touching the Fated Medomai to it. You can use this property once per short rest.

Caenophidia The Venomous Touch cantrip is added to your list of known cantrips.

Crypsis You have advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks when trying to be stealthy by yourself.

Nicollo When you cast the Suggestion spell, you can do so without any somatic or verbal components.

Range: Touch

Components: V, S

Duration: Instantaneous

Snake fangs spring from your hand to deliver poison to a creature you try to touch. Make a melee spell attack against the target. You have advantage on the attack roll if the target isn't wearing any armor, scales or shell. On a hit, the target takes 1d8 poison damage, and it can't take reactions until the start of its next turn.
