Often depicted as a rotund woman of advancing years, she inspires crops to grow and nurtures them with blessed rain. Nothing is more important to her then to feed the world, and for this she watches over animal husbandry, arable farming, horticulture, and forestry.

Dogma

Life can only exist if there is enough to nurture it. Any food grown to feed hungry mouths should be respected. It is a sacred duty to bring new life into the world and nourish it.

Clergy

Clerics of Beory are contemplative and spend their time equally between their temples and the field. When they gather, they defer to the wisest and oldest. As they try to see the greater picture, they tend to be slow to act, but when they do act it is direct and focused on the solution. They wander to learn from far flung agriculural communities and spread their knowledge like sowing a field.
