This wand is made of a single bone topped with the skull of a small humanoid. A scarlet ribbon has been wrapped around the bone. It radiates a palpable aura of unease to most people who get within touching distance of it.

When holding this wand you can target a single creature within 60 feet of you, using an Action. A stream of black particles flows toward the target. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, it takes 2d6 necrotic damage and must make a Constitution saving throw against your spell DC, if it fails its save red particles flow toward you, and you regain hit points equal to half the amount of necrotic damage the target takes.

The wand's damage increases to 3d6 when you are 11th level, and 4d6 at 17th level.
