It is unknown what Zargos (ZAR-gos) looks like, though it is speculated he often walks the world in many different guises. Only through him can the power of sorcery be unlocked and he has deemed no one but the Kasarians worthy of this gift.
Current Clack
It is whispered that small cults of Zargos have now sprung up in Otteun and maybe even a few other countries. It is hard to say if this is true as his worship has been restricted to Kasar for so many centuries.
Dogma
Magic allows you to rule with an iron fist and through your followers you will be able to create great works that will stand the test of time.
Clergy
Outside of Kasar most clerics dress in regular clothes so as not to stand out. This does not really work for the tieflings among the clergy. Zargos' faith has a strict hierarchy though it is rumored there is a branch that answers only to Zargos himself.
Vestments
His clerics traditionally wear black or purple robes.
Temples
There are massive places of worship in Kasar where the populace assembles regularly. For centuries there have been rumors of human sacrifice rituals taking place there. If there are any temples outside Kasar, they are very well hidden.
Midtal
Persistent rumors say that soon after the Kasarian Conflict the Kasarians brought Zargos worship to the capital, creating a network of loyal spies to infiltrate all layers of Otteun society. A temple has never been found but the stories remain.
