Found in the Pyramid.
A very detailed basalt carving of a sitting cat, about half a meter tall. The base plate is gilded as are the ears. The cat is wearing a gold collar set with small rubies.
When the sculpture is placed on the ground it can be activated by using an action and declaiming the words: “the Bast defense”. Everyone touching the sculpture at that very moment will gain a +1 bonus to their AC while within 60 feet of it. This effect lasts for ten minutes. During this time the property can’t be activated again but afterwards it can be used anew.
The statue weighs 60 kilograms (132 lbs.) and its dimensions are roughly 60 by 20 by 20 centimeters.
