The largest wood elven maern of Fir Lanear roams the plains building temporary camps as they make their way. These use a number of huge wagons that contain an intricate system that unfolds into beautiful and surprisingly sturdy dwellings.
They are governed by the church of Ehlonna though there is remarkably little that needs discussing or governing; every elf knows their role and they have been happy living this way since time immemorial.
