Mathrari Mahamgimi

This crazy Dwarf is an old buddy of Dauphine's Great Grandfather Nochume.

He fought with Nochume in the Pine Wars and they went on adventuring afterwards. Mathari was still a very young Dwarf by then, but a loyal friend and always in for a laugh.

Nochume used to tell about the pranks he played and the adventures they had together. One adventurer crazier than the other. Like the time he got back to the inn with a treasure map. The Treasure of the Stone Dragon. Mathrari had never heard of a Stone Dragon, but it’s hoard was a giant mound! The fact that dragons had not been seen in ages did not ring a bell and he spent many coin on the map.

The party was lead to a mountain, then deep into the earth. Deeper than Dwarves go these days. They fought their way through creatures they had never seen before.

And when they arrived in the hall of the Dragon… it was indeed a stone dragon. The huge statue towered over a mound of round stones. This was obviously a scam, someone was probably getting drunk on his gullibility.

The party had a great laugh at Mathrari's behalf. Spend the night at the foot of the dragon and went back to the surface the next day. Each had taken a stone to forever remember this adventure.
