Not actually an item but an intelligent lichen found near Jurva.
It split off a part of itself and installed it inside Hanur's head, melding slowly with his brain. Over time effects of this amalgamation are becoming apparent.
On a second visit to the Entity, Reb offered to take a part of it with him.
Carrier Abilities
