The Merchant Guild of Maern Elassidil.
Thal Lithel specializes in non-human artisans and have mainly dwarves and gnomes under their banner. They are not the biggest merchant guild around but they are known for the quality of products produced by those signed to the guild.
This is a source of pride and their main focus rather than expansion, like the other guilds.
In order to enter the guild one has to fulfill an apprenticeship under a guild member before they can open shop as part of Thal Lithel.

Avale
Based out of Elassidil Villa, on Falanae Avenue in the Oakhurst neighborhood, a large, wooden building with not a single straight angle, designed two centuries ago by Meril Ilbenalu, the famed architect. This is the thal's largest operation and it runs quite a few manufactories, competing with a number of guilds, making them not very well loved by them but very much appreciated by their workers, who didn't join said guilds for one reason or another.
Very much in the thick of it all is their leader, Gweithiril Calear, a half-elf master artisan who visits her charges daily. She likes to spend time on the Tal estuary in her kayak; an elven, lightweight single-person canoe.
Banak
They don't have much of a presence here but a half-elven factor by the name of Lythis Alenuath who is seemingly always in a hurry, runs their business from a small office he rents inside Thovir Auction House.
Korint
Found in one of the oldest remaining buildings in town, near Plateia Square. The structure has changed a lot since the thal bought it, walls were removed, extensions added and works of art can now be found in every room.
Run by Iylrana Lithel, a half-elf, well known around town for the fact that she has a fox companion who can always be found at her side.
Midtal
Since they don't do much business in Otteun they own only two modest warehouses in the Pekkun Ziek on Kwell Way. Their office is here as well.
It is run by a half-elf who is more well known for her paintings than anything else; Imizael Faerion.
Stjordvik
Headquartered in a complex of warehouses and offices between the Harbor and Forum Districts.
It is run by the half-elf Respen Faerondyl, he has a great love of sailing and fishing.
