Kasarian Embassy

Ever since the Kasarian Conflict the country of Kasar has had embassies in all major cities of the world, even those they did not conquer, they had a lot of influence to wield everywhere.

Other than spying on us, they are known to be interested in old records, archeological recoveries, and magical artifacts, paying well for certain finds.

Embassies

Avale

Through some creative law-making the Dolacs have made it very expensive for the Kasarians to keep an embassy but they apparently think it worth the cost. A century ago their new building was completed, located in the North of Grove Way neighborhood, near the waterfront. It was designed in the New Avale style, featuring light colored bricks and many horizontal elements.

A tiefling woman, Orixes Scoch, has been the ambassador here for a long time. Her skin is a light mauve and she has a band of small horns running around her neck, though she always keeps those covered. She's a Three-Dragon Ante fiend in desperate need of new opponents. Two people report to her; Kyreth Calinax, a forty-ish, gregarious human man who seems to frequent every tavern in town, and Oramyr Noxor, a tiefling woman of indeterminate age with a smoky black skin, it is unclear if this is her natural hue, and her pointed-teethed smile doesn't invite any questions.

Banak

While relatively near to their homeland, this embassy is one of their largest, and after a slow century it has recently seen an influx of new personnel. They are known for not just paying for finds but actually organizing expeditions going after any rumors of Balturian artifacts.

The ambassador is a wily, old (though it's hard to tell) tiefling man named Zevus Kullg. His skin is the darkest of red with some flecks of a lighter hue. He has two large horns extending from his forehead, sweeping back and outwards over his head. It has long been whispered that he is an actual member of The Circle, though there are no hard facts to support this. A young tiefling woman, Uda Jyder, is the second in command. Her skin is a dark orange with black spots here and there, two small horns protrude from under her chin. Recently it has been rumored a new second in command has arrived at the embassy but they have not been seen.

Beljovac

When Haza came up in the world, Kasar was the first country to establish an embassy with them. While they were hardly welcomed with open arms, it didn't stop them from building a quite large embassy. Over the centuries the number of staff here has shrunk but they still have enough to keep well informed about the goings on in the country.

The ambassador is a tiefling woman, Yixa Guxaal, she is quite attractive, with a skin the color of sunset and a halo of tiny horns around her head. She is said to go through lovers as others go through meals. Her two direct reports are Culla Kygol, a human woman always dressed in furs, and Zygan Cibor, a scarlet skinned tiefling the size of a half-orc.

GICOM

Over the years that GICOM grew in importance, the embassy grew as well. After the empire fell they bought large premises near Mulsa Palace and when that didn't prove enough they bought the neighbors as well. There is much speculation as to why the Kasarians need this much space; the building is much larger than those in other cities and also compared to the number of staff they appear to have.

Xoz Ghumir, an old tiefling with a black skin and red panther-like spots, is the ambassador. He is a career diplomat and has been posted to most countries around the Sarodin Sea at one time or another. There are three people directly under him. Voctar Kyrtur is a human man of middle-age and is rumored to be a magical prodigy in some way. Kuxy Chigol is an attractive human woman in her thirties, she never misses a social event. Ithul Xymdar is a hunchbacked tiefling with a lopsided distribution of horns coming out of the right side of his head, he is seldom seen.

Ide Volcar

It was quite clear that the government did not want the Kasarians to establish an embassy here. While they had no legal reason to deny them, they certainly made things anything but easy. Eventually they managed to buy an old mansion on Cluj Street, at the north end of town.

The ambassador is Ghyn Yktulla, a gregarious human man in his fifties with a fondness for hunting. Kyra Xoxmur, a beautiful young woman is the second in command.

Korint

The Kasarian army never made it to Loveria but that doesn't mean they aren't here now. Loveria hasn't been very interesting for them politically or artifact-wise, but they still have a sizeable, three story building, on Lamb Street, not far from where it crosses Poledouris Avenue.

A human woman by the name of Cerenna Ghilbor is the ambassador here; she comes across as a friendly grey-haired fifty-something lady but those who know her say she has a icy core. Her second in command is Irlon Chrontavin, a tiefling male with small horns that run up his ocher colored face on either side. It is rumored that he was posted here as a punishment for some transgression.

Midtal

It will come as no surprise that this is the largest embassy Kasar keeps. While the Ott keep two wary eyes on its neighbor to the south, they are in their turn being scrutinized quite closely by their enemy of old. They are housed in a building that was created out of three town houses in the Old Town Ziek, on Freedom Avenue, the road's name was changed after they moved in.

The ambassador is a charming human woman in her sixties by the name of Vi Kriz, she has been here for over twenty years, much longer than postings normally last. It is said her vice is sweets from GICOM, which was her previous posting. Three people report directly to her. The first, and most senior, is a dwarven male of advanced years, Morek Votuth, rumored to be one of the original sorcerers. Second is a tiefling male, Yezu Cangor, who's single horn growing from the top of his dark ocher head is not his most striking feature, that would be the piercings covering every part of his skin. Third is a recent arrival; a striking young woman in her early twenties; Idior Xelm.

Stjordvik

In the past this was where expeditions to the center of the Reuel Woods were organized from. While Kasar's interest is likely undiminished, they haven't attempted any in recent years. Their embassy can be found on Korfalt Lane, in Yarntown, right before it changes into Callis Street.

A tiefling man, Xaemar Zercis, is the recently appointed ambassador here; his face has a reddish hue, a small horn protrudes from his chin and tiny ones are located above his eyes. Second in command is Zelgos Gossyl, a short human man with dark hair and brown eyes.
