Not actually an item but an intelligent lichen found [[The Dig - Chronological order of Events#Scoby Dough|near Jurva]].

It split off a part of itself and installed it inside [[Hanur]]'s head, melding slowly with his brain. Over time effects of this amalgamation are becoming apparent.

On a [[The Dig - Chronological order of Events#Jurva|second visit]] to the Entity, [[Reb]] offered to take a part of it with him.

==== Carrier Abilities ====
* Advantage on Death saving throws.
* Can stop any bleeding or similar effects once per LR but this makes the carrier start tripping and have disadvantage on all D20 Tests for 1d4 rounds.
* Darkvision 60 feet.

==== Carrier Drawbacks ====
* Disadvantage on Perception checks that rely on hearing.
